HOW CAN I GET TO THE PENSION?

By car:

From Budapest: Drive on the M7 motorway to the junction of Zalakomar at the way mark 191. Drive off the motorway and go on the highway Nr. 7 in the direction of Nagykanizsa. At the junction of Galambok take the lead to Zalakaros (3-4 km). From the capital it only takes about 1,5 hour to get to the spa town.

From the western border you can get to Zalakaros on the highways Nr. 75 and 76 (through Zalaegerszeg). Lake Balaton is only 20 km from the spa town; Balatonszentgyörgy and Keszthely are the next lakeside towns.

By bus:

The bus station in Zalakaros is only 500 m from our pension. 

By train:

On the line of Budapest- Nagykanizsa, you can travel either to Zalakomar or to Nagykanizsa.

By airplane

The Hévíz – Balaton Airport is 25 km from Zalakaros.

From there scheduled buses can take you to Zalakaros.
